During the fourth of July weekend in 2002, my family and I visited relatives in the Pacific Northwest where we also
took the time to visit some old friends at the Brooklyn Roundhouse. While we were there I took the time to catalog the auxillary tender connections
on the 4449 for use in modifying the tender of the 3751 in order to allow it to utilize the "Let's Roll" tender the following month for its trip to the
Grand Canyon. Work was also being done on the 700, in order to prepare that engine for its trip to Montana later that year.
